I have acquired decades of experience as both a commercial litigator and an appellate judge, which has given me a broad perspective on complex business disputes. My practice includes mediating and arbitrating contract and lease disputes, business formation and governance, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fiduciary duty claims, trade secrets, franchising, financial services, securities-related matters, and health care law, including payor-provider disputes, provider contracts, managed-care contracts, credentialing and peer review, health care employment, and billing / reimbursement claims.
