Yes. For mediations- Román Dispute Resolution conducts virtual, hybrid, and in-person mediations. For arbitrations, the pre-hearing conferences are virtual, while the arbitration hearing is held in-person, unless the parties agree to hold it online.

No charge for travel time. Travel expenses for engagements requiring overnight hotel stays are charged at business hotel rate. Travel expenses for airfare are charged at the economy rate. All other out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost.
